What is Included in Your Session Fee?

I offer a Luxury Boutique Photography Experience and work to create artwork for your walls that can be passed down from generation to generation.

My Session Fee reserves your time & date for your session as well as my time for all of the planning that goes in to preparing and photographing your session. It also comes with an Order Credit (Special Promotions/Events excluded from Order Credit unless specified).

On the day of your session we will book an Ordering Appointment that is two weeks later where you can purchase Artwork for your home or as gifts to your loved ones. Please make sure that all of the financial decision makers are at this appointment. 

Our Session Fee is required to hold your session date and is non-refundable.

When are you available?

I generally only have weekend availability and sometimes will have spots available on weekdays in the afternoon or evening. Let's set up a time to talk about your session needs and find a date and time that works best for you!

What type of Photography do you do?

I do not photograph weddings. I understand that weddings are such an exciting time for you and your family, but I leave Wedding Photography up to photographers that Specialize in Weddings. 

What areas do you work in?

I only do On-Location Sessions in the following counties in TN:

-Houston County

-Stewart County

-Montgomery County

-Henry County

-Humphrey's County

Any area outside of this but still in TN will need to be discussed and will have a travel fee. Any area outside of TN will have a travel fee of at least $800. Note: 2023 - I will not be able to book any out of state sessions this year. I apologize for the inconvenience.

What does it mean that you are "Newborn Certified"?"

I have taken extensive training and CPR courses to be certified in Newborn Photography and to make sure that your baby is safe in any of the poses that we put him/her in. Safety is my #1 priority with your bundle of joy.

What happens once we book a session?

We will book your session on the phone and then schedule your in person consultation where we will further discuss locations and the desired style you are looking for or if you want a studio session. To View my Workflow visit my About Page!

Can I opt out of having my session on Facebook?

Absolutely! I have a Social Media Exception in the contract. If you do not want your images on Facebook or Instagram, simply check that box and I will not post them on Social Media.

The only exception to this is if you signed up for a Model Call. All Model Calls must allow their photos to be shared on Social Media.

What if the weather is bad on the day of our session?

If you have a studio session then no need to worry about the weather! Come on in!

If your session is set to be at a different location and it is raining or the weather is bad, I will message you the morning of your session to let you know what is going on and see if you want to reschedule or if we need to delay the session to later in the day in hopes that the weather lets up. Let's cross our fingers for a beautiful day though!

What if I am Late or a No-Show to my Session?

I usually show up to sessions early and will stay 20 minutes after the beginning of your session to wait on you. If it has been 20 minutes and I have not heard from you, then it is considered a no-show. If you are a no-show to your session with Baine Images for what ever reason, the entire Session Fee is non-refundable. If you are late, your session will still end at the specified time in your contract. Please try to show up 5-10 minutes early to make sure we have the entire session time to capture your memories!

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If you decide to cancel services with Baine Images for what ever reason, my Session Fee is non-refundable. You can reschedule your session up to 2 times at no additional charge if you give me at least 48 hours of notice of Rescheduling. See our Rescheduling Policy below.

What is your Reschedule Policy?

If for what ever reason your session date needs to be rescheduled, I will do everything in my power to work with your new date at no extra charge up to 2 times. If the new date conflicts with date already booked with Baine Images, I apologize for the inconvenience but must honor bookings on a first come, first serve basis. If I am unable to re-book your session, the Session Fee is non-refundable.

Do you take Payment Plans?

Yes! I want to make sure that you get what YOU want from the session. I will work with you to set up a payment plan (Up to 6 Months) with 0% interest if you would like that option. I accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal Credit (Which also has a 6 months interest free payment option)

Do you offer discounts or Promo Codes?

-I do not discount my sessions. I do occasionally offer model calls or have giveaways on my facebook page. Be sure to like Baine Images on facebook to stay up to date on these!

What is your Birthday Club?

Join my Birthday Club by letting me know your birthday during your Ordering Appointment! You will be automatically signed up for my E-Newsletter when you sign up for the Birthday Club.

Birthday Club Members will receive a Special Birthday Gift during their Birthday Month at the address provided!

To remain in good standing as a Birthday Club Member, members must not go more than two years without booking a session. If you are no longer a Birthday Club Member due to going over the two year limit, you must book a session and request to be signed up again for the Birthday Club during your Ordering Appointment for that session.

Do you donate to or support charities?

Yes! I love working with charities. If you run a legal non-profit charity, please call me or email me to let me know more about your and how I can help you raise money.
