When are you available for photoshoots?
I generally only have weekend availability. I have a Calendar online that you can check to see if I am available. Dates change regularly, so some dates may be unavailable even if they do not show it. Please email me with any questions about setting up a session or to see if your specific date is available!
What areas do you work in?
I only do On-Location Sessions in the following counties in TN:

What happens once we book a session?
At the time of booking we will discuss locations and the desired style you are looking for or if you want a studio session. A non-refundable Session Fee will be required hold your session date. Once your Session Fee is paid, you will receive your Welcome Packet. If you book in person during your consultation then you will receive your Welcome Packet before you leave. If you book online then you will be mailed a Welcome Packet with more information about my services. If your session is too soon for me to mail you a Welcome Packet, a Digital Welcome Packet will be sent to your email and a digital contract will also be sent to you to sign! You may also receive a questionaire so I can find out more about you (and your family)!
What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you decide to cancel services with Baine Images for what ever reason, my Session Fee is non-refundable. You can reschedule your session up to 2 times at no additional charge if you give me at least 48 hours of notice of Rescheduling.
What is your Reschedule Policy?
If for what ever reason your session date needs to be rescheduled, I will do everything in my power to work with your new date at no extra charge up to 2 times. If the new date conflicts with date already booked with Baine Images, I apologize for the inconvenience but must honor bookings on a first come, first serve basis. If I am unable to re-book your session, the Session Fee is non-refundable.
Do you have a Referral Program?
Yes, I do have a referral program! Once your session is booked, I will send you a Welcome Packet that contains the Referral Program information as well as extra business cards. The best compliment you can give your photographer is a referral and I like to reward clients that refer me with a thank you gift as described in my Referral Program!

What if the weather is bad on the day of our session?
If it is raining or the weather is bad, I will message you the morning of your session to let you know what is going on and see if you want to reschedule or if we need to delay the session to later in the day in hopes that the weather lets up. Let's cross our fingers for a beautiful day though!
Do you offer discounts or Promo Codes?
-I do occasionally offer discounted sessions or have giveaways on my facebook page. Be sure to like Baine Images on facebook to stay up to date on these!

What is your Birthday Club?
Join my Birthday Club when filling out a short survey after your next Session! You will be automatically signed up for my E-Newsletter when you sign up for the Birthday Club.
Can I opt out of having my session on Facebook?
Yes! I have a Social Media Exception in the contract. If you do not want your images on Facebook or Instagram, simply check that box and I will not post them on Social Media.
What if I am Late or a No-Show to my Session?
I usually show up to sessions early and will stay 20 minutes after the beginning of your session to wait on you. If you are late, your session will still end at the specified time in your contract. Please try to show up 5-10 minutes early to make sure we have the entire session time to capture your memories! If you are a no-show to your session with Baine Images for what ever reason, the entire Session Fee is non-refundable.
What does it mean that you are "Newborn Certified"?
I have taken extensive training and CPR courses to be certified in Newborn Photography and to make sure that your baby is safe in any of the poses that we put them in.
What is Included in Your Session Fee?
I offer a Full Service Photography Service from start to finish and work to create artwork for your walls that can be passed down from generation to generation.
